can anyone help me burn an ISO file?

I’ve downloaded Tiger Woods PGA tour 07 (rar) with bitlord, when i’ve extracted the files i’m left with a single ISO file.When i try burning it Nero Burning ROM says it cannot burn a single ISO file and to use Nero Express to burn an image file.Can anyone explain what i should do to make this ISO file into a game(DVD ROM).I’m using Nero 6 reloaded.
